福榮街休憩花園位於深水埗福華榮街，在近港鐵太子站與深水埗站之間，就近的康文署場地是白楊街兒童遊樂場和福華街休憩花園。此休憩花園佔地面積呈三角形，外有寵物廁所，內有長椅供市民休憩閒坐。
