南昌街休憩處（三）位於深水埗南昌街，鄰近港鐵深水埗站。南昌街休憩處一共分成六段，順序分佈在南昌街，橫跨元州街至海壇街。此休憩處呈扁長形，從長沙灣道延伸至汝州街，場內有長椅、少量兒童遊樂設施和卵石路步行徑。
