南昌街休憩處（二）位於深水埗福榮街，鄰近港鐵深水埗站。南昌街休憩處一共分成六段，順序分佈在南昌街，橫跨元州街至海壇街，此休憩處內有涼亭、少量兒童遊樂設施和兩段卵石路步行徑。
