塘尾道休憩處位於旺角塘尾道，可經行人天橋來往奧海城第三期，亦可來往櫻桃街公園。此休憩處在行人天橋出入口旁，場內有一個圓形大園圃和行人天橋的升降機，並沒有座椅。
