粉嶺樓花園位於粉嶺粉嶺樓村，由康樂及文化事務署管理。場地分成兩個小區，內有少量兒童遊樂設施和棋枱。花園旁是粉嶺樓公廁，同時場內可望見粉嶺樓村的牌坊。
