安樂村四號休憩處位於粉嶺樂業路，離安福街遊樂場和粉嶺康樂公園不遠。此休憩處有洗手設備和寵物廁所，與粉嶺火車站休憩處是北區唯二的寵物共享公園。
安樂村休憩處一共有五個，散佈在粉嶺樂業路一帶。
